Hi there.

I use linuxconf and its great, .... BUT .... I have many Cw entrys in the sendmail.cf
... and in Linuxconf I only have 5 lines for entrys, that's not enought ... so I
thought of making this changes by my own ... but, the sendmail.cf is generated ... in
my /etc/sendmail.cf it says at the beginning:

# This file is built out of files in /tmp/linuxconf-root/usr/lib/linuxconf/mailconf
# If you want to do manual modifications to one file
# do not modify files in /tmp/linuxconf-root/usr/lib/linuxconf/mailconf, instead
# copy the file in /etc/mail/mailconf/
# and do the modification there.
# Linuxconf will use your file from now on.
# It will even find out that the sendmail.cf
# must be rebuilt.

but this dir doesnt exists, a find over the root dir gave me this:

linux1:/usr/lib/linuxconf # find / -name mailconf
/etc/mail/mailconf
/etc/mailconf
/sbin/mailconf
/usr/lib/linuxconf/help.cfr/mailconf
/usr/lib/linuxconf/help.de/mailconf
/usr/lib/linuxconf/help.eng/mailconf
/usr/lib/linuxconf/help.fr/mailconf
/usr/lib/linuxconf/help.it/mailconf
/usr/lib/linuxconf/mailconf

the first three are empty and in the last dir I have several *.cf files ... but a grep
over them gives me no Cw entrys found ... where are thoses stored?
