Did you grab the fixed ipupaliases script from
ftp://ftp.solucorp.qc.ca ? This helps a *lot* with anything relating
to Linuxconf and IP aliases, in my experience.
If that fails, or if it doesn't completely do what you need, upgrade
to a current version of Linuxconf (1.13r12 is current now). If that
fails, then you've found a bug :-)
I think the fixed ipupaliases will solve your problem.
