When you installed 1.13r12, it enabled the mailconf module if you have
sendmail installed. The original RPM provided by Redhat does not do that.
This is why you were lacking sendmail management in linuxconf 1.12r5.
Before 1.13r12, uucp configuration was part of linuxconf core. Very few
people use that, so I turned that into a module. This is why it
dissapeared from 1.13r12. I forgot to put the probing code in the upgrade
script to enable the module if uucp is installed. In the mean time, just
do
linuxconf --setmod uucp
and you will get both uucp and sendmail. COnfiguring sendmail to use uucp
as the gateway is easy. Just enter the uucp node name of the gateway and
pick the proper "mail gateway protocol". uucp-dom is recommended.
