(I assume you have succesfully setup the isdn hardware and dial info
with isdnadmin)

You configure the ippp0 device with your static IP number, and the
netmask (often 255.255.255.0) of the remote network. This can be done in
the basic networking dialog, or the ISDN configure->net dialog (where
you also can setup the remote IP, if known).

Then you create a route (in "route to other networks") for network
194.109.60.0 via gateway 194.109.60.30 (your IP).

If you want an ondemand default route via isdn, you then go to the
"standard routing" dialog and enter a IP number on the remote network as
the default gateway. You should also set the dialmode to "auto" (but be
careful, if something is setup wrong you may generate an endless loop of
connections).

Now you may reload the network (linuxconf does this for you), and
hopefully a ping to a nonlocal ip should trigger the ippp0 device to
dial.

There are other ways to do it if this don't work. Please contact me if
you need more help.
