According to https://bugs.launchpad.net/adchpp/+bug/609436 the same problem is already fixed in adchpp. Scons 1.0.0 does not display this noise, however, despite the fix in the latest adchpp rev it still compiles for me so it seems even no minimum version rise needed after fixing this...
