Bug description:
Not sure this is a bug but looking @ the hubs info there are alot of those
"2290 REASON_BAD_STATE" that with a uptime of 4 day's and an 50 users
average
Hub runs in ADCS mode like public dev hub and there the counter is like 6.
Have tryed to reproduce or find a logic as i suspected that a old or exotic
client was responsible for this but no, even with only recent builds inside it
sudenly starts counting up and stops again for no vissible reason.
And the only diff between my hub and dev public is that it has SCH and
transfers enabled its probebly there somewhere , but without logging its hard
to find :)
