Bug description:
dc++ generates incomplete magnet links at this time. Clicking on a link gives
the user a choice to either search for a file or do nothing. The magnet link
implementation in StrongDC and clones adds a hash for file size, thus enabling
the client to directly add the clicked file to the download queue.
Please extend the magnet links in dc++, thank you.
