I agree with Toast, this should be included as a plugin. I'm a firm believer in every program should have a single overall purpose. In this case, acting as a file manager or audio jukebox is not the purpose of DC++. At the very least, it doesn't make sense to have any mention of winamp in the core, even if it is for only saving of settings.
