As of Rev. 416 (the earliest I can tell) a new "ghost" nick problem has
occured for me, i.e i get disconnected by my isp or some other reason,
when my internet comes back, i can no longer log into the hub until my
"ghost" is dropped or ADCH finally drops my ghosted nick
