Public bug reported:
as far back as to the official release of ADCH++ 2.5.2 al the way until
now (2.5.5 rev 418) , ADCH++ when installed as a windows service, hangs
when trying to shut it down to force it to happen, try shutting ADCH++
down from services.msc , it will hang and force you to reboot.
