Yes, it was finished in an other session than it was started. But shouldn't the file be listed in "Grouped by files" dispite this?
Also, forgot to mention that on the first screenshot there are some "strange characters" in the path - although that file hasn't been completely downloaded yet, only started. Sometimes I don't see the entry for finished items in the Finished Downloads tab, however the files can be found in their download location. I don't know whether there's a connection or not, but I recently saw this happing with files that lost some of their sources (users got dropped because of slow download speed), although I manually readded them later.
