can't remove user from the queue

Bug description:
It seems I can't remove a user from the queue when the file is
loading. But I was able to remove it one minute ago, when the file was
waiting. I can remove acive user. The user I'm loading from. But I
can't remove other sourses from the queue. :(
Does the new 0.7 patch it?
