Title:
[0.7091] 100% CPU bug with no transfers

Status in DC++:
  Expired

Bug description:
I got a 100% CPU problem with vanilla DC++ 0.7091. There were no transfers,
an empty filelist and I was connected only to 2 hubs. I was able to restore
DC++ from SysTray and see the contents of the window. The uptime was probably
around 36 hours.
The only thing that I seem to have changed compared to the vanilla DC++ is
the GeoIP database, which is 2008-11-27 (4,5 MB) in the DCPlusPlus-0.7091.zip
file and 2008-12-02 (7,9 MB) after my manual update. But the database was used
neither for searching, nor for transfers as I wasn't doing that. The download
queue is empty. So this shouldn't be the problem.
The only things that I did were probably connecting to the two hubs and
sending one or two PM's.
When I closed DC++ normally (with the "X" sign of the window) there was a
clean termination of the process (I could see that in the Task Manager).
I haven't changed anything in my hardware recently. I usually update DC++ on
a quite regular basis and I can't remember a similar problem in previous 0.70x
versions. I missed 0.709 before updating to 0.7091 and the previous version I
was using was most likely 0.708 (or 0.707, but that's less probable).
Regarding hardware devices and security software: I have a very "compatible"
configuration. On this workstation I have no software firewall, no antivirus or
similar software running in the background. It's quite a clean Windows 2000 SP4.
If I can deliver more bug tracking information, I'll be glad to do that.
