0.75 crashes when saving settings

Bug description:
This appeared in previous 0.7x release. Later I used 0.6x and all
worked well. After I upgraded to 0.7x, I've got permanent crash when
saving settings. I cannot change any setting even Personal
Information. I change for example Description and click Save button.
DC++ crashes but settings remain unchanged. If I click Cancel button
then program remains running.
