Multiple 'Quick Connect' Dialog box popups

Bug description:
When using DC++ and you put a heavy load on the main thread ..(i.e
remove 10k+ files from your queue) and you keep hitting ctrl+q when
the main thread is freed multiple quick connect dialogs pop up ... I
think only one instance of the Quick connect dialog should be allowed
