fixed in rev 2599. the per-file speed will now only be used as a
fallback when the actual speed isn't available.

Bug description:
It's a minor request but it bothers me: please calculate the time
required to index the shared files by hashing speed, not the number of
files per hour which is not very relevant to the process.
