/userlist does not switches the userlist

Bug description:
In the current DC++ build (tested in bzr2447), issuing the /userlist
chat command does not result the userlist to hide/show up. The
checkmark is removed/readded to the checkbox though, but the userlist
showing mechanism is not triggered.
