Public bug reported:

If a user has large filelists and performs "Match downloaded lists" or searches 
within the filelists the GUI becomes unresponsible until the current filelist 
has been checked for any matches or the result of the find is returned.
"Subtract list" works the same way currently.

Opening filelists using a different thread works really great that way
and implementing this would further increase the user experience in my
opinion.
