It seems that the matter in libgtk2.0-0 (2.24.13). Downgrade to =<libgtk2.0-0 (2.24.09) or using gtk3-clients solves this problem. Eiskaltdcpp-gtk doesn't work, but eiskaltdcpp-gtk3 works fine.
