You set a specific time to start downloading and a specific time to stop. That is very useful with ISPs that have peak and off-peak download quotas. For example my off-peak period is from 1am-7am. I don't want to have to wake up at 1am in the morning to start my downloads and then again at 7am to stop them. This feature would be extremely useful!
