New question #245139 on ADCH++:
https://answers.launchpad.net/adchpp/+question/245139

I'm trying to run a small internal ADC network for my residential college (way
under 200 users).
I would prefer not to disconnect those that don't have the required sharesize,
but just ban them from downloading. But if there is no other way I would like
to disconnect users who have less than 2Gb

I've used +cfgli minsharesize 2097152
But using my two clients I still seem to be able to get files from the admin
account (using EiskaltDC++ Latest) who is sharing 10+ Gb, using my test account
on the same machine using DC++, which is sharing nothing.

The server is running on an old laptop, ArchLinux, using adcs with a self
signed certificate. The default plugins are installed and appear to be running.

Am I meant to change minsharesize_exp or minsharesize_rate? or something else?

The server needs to be a simple as possible as the users wouldn't guess even
how to use /help or +help. Let alone +regme
As a slightly unrelated question, what is the purpose of the bot, other than
saving chat history?

Thanks
