This adds a new column, status, that does as per comment 1.

It will make sure that the column can contain three values:
Nothing - If the hub tab is not opened at all
Offline Icon - If the hub tab is opened but not connected currently (same as 
FavoriteHubs)
Online Icon - If the hub tab is opened and connected (same as FavoriteHubs)

  Hide hubs from the hublist which the user is already connected to

Bug description:
  Just as stated in the title: I think there is no need to display the hubs in 
the hublist which the user is already connected to.
  Some hubs still allow multiple connection from the same client and this would 
be one way to avoid this happenning occasionally.
