As suggested by eMTee I ran the x86 version and I couldn't reproduce the
bug, and the x64 version with that patch applied the issue no longer
occurs so I'll close the bug as cologic pushed the patch last night

DC++ does not update contents of chat on tab change (Win 10)

Bug description:
After leaving DC++ running for a while with a few hubs open, when I
change from Tab-A to Tab-B, the contents of Tab-A continue to show
even though Tab-B is chosen. Only the text of chat is not updated, the
rest of the frame (Userlist, statusbar, etc) is all shown to reflect
the proper tab, I believe this to be an issue of thumbnail previews.
