While running "scons distro=1":
NSIS base language file English (United Kingdom).nlf not found
NSIS base language file Hindi.nlf not found
Hindi used to be present in language files of Unicode NSIS 2
<http://www.scratchpaper.com/>, but is not available in NSIS 3.
There are slight differences between base language files of both
versions, so the previous base language file cannot be copied as is.
