The server _may_ be able to handle being slashdotted[200mhzppro/256MBram].
The problem is my ISP. I share a partial T1 with my apt. complex and my
provider specifically forbids running any servers on our sys tems(even
telnet!!). They haven't noticed yet, but I think a /. storm would be
_very_ bad. I will ping Rob @ VA again. I also have a contact at
a local ISP that said he could probably host the site. I'll also talk
to my friend at Penguin Computing to see if they'd be willing to host.
Between the three of them, I'm sure one of them would be willing to do
it. Will let you know ASAP.
In addition to the ISP stuff, I'd like to get a few more things done
on the web page b4 a big announcement. Specifically the FAQ,
your press release template[s?], and Eugene's app list. Should
be all up by friday. Sound good?

Let's wait on the slogan for that. I did like the logo that Rodolfo
sent in. Let's wait until we get a higher res version, and if that's
ok with most people here, we should just stick with that one.
