I believe Jim has/is/will be put/putting together a press release
template that LUGs can modify to suit their needs and send out to 
their local media.  Not just papers, but radio and TV.  Also, if you
have a college radio station, that would be a good place to hit, as
they would probably also be happy to talk about this.
