It seems to me that LUGs have ample time to plan out their Demo form now
until Setptember . A room reserved for usual meetings or any room that is
not available on a certain day might be abandoned for such a remarkable
event . This is ( so far ) a one time event and would not suffer from
people making exceptions to their usual meeting place . I agree that Sunday
could become far too inconvenient for too many groups . A double day of
Friday and Saturday might not dilute the Demonstrations power while
providing needed flexibility whereas an entire week seems to gut the
strength of the concept over much .
