somthing i didnt do....'n these guys cant use a calculator.... much less a
PC and to detect people who commit crimes... I dont think a crash course
on Web browsing is good enough.... U cant give teeth to a Jaw-less
face...If govt. is serious Wot we need is a totally dedicated and NEW, Not
a retrained dept. 4 dealing with cyber crimes.
