Mail from ILUG-BOM list (Non-Digest Mode)

Here's something i have been thinking about

According to the it bill a cyber cafe owner is supposed to maintain a
list of sites visited.
But technically speaking the IP address of the site is the true address
and not its URL.
So if the person keeps a list of IP addresses visited by people he is
obeying the law...cause technically it is the correct address
If the person visits a sub path in the site it will not be noted
just its IP??
Any person willl have a hard time figuring out the url visited from the
IP addresswhich is worsened by the fact that most DSPs will consider
www.whitehouse.com as the US president's official website

hOMi.
