The candidate must have good knowledge of various Internet protocols, must have over a years experience with the Internet and browsing 2. Networking concepts 3. Programming: average knowledge of CGI, database etc would be an advantage 4. Websites: Designing - HTML, Frontpage 98; Uploading - FTP, CuteFTP etc 5. Web-servers: Apache and its configuration 6. Linux: Enough skills to allow administration of a Linux server incase of emergency. General administration will be done using various graphical interfaces (HTML based) 7. Windows: He must know his way around windows machines 8. DNS: He must know details about DNS, nslookup and other similar concepts 9.
