Mail from ILUG-BOM list (Non-Digest Mode)
I've been unable to access any server outside India. no ping, no nothing.
Only servers with a .in TLD get through, nothing else. There is no
difference if I do it from VSNL (student shell) or from home via ppp.
Anyone else having this problem?
