Mail from ILUG-BOM list (Non-Digest Mode)
Dudes,
just recently i downloaded the patches to upgrade to kernel 2.2.14 cause i
needed to get the sound drivers to work. When i try the command
--> patch -p1 < patch_file_name
The patching starts but with lots of error messages after processing
a few files saying that should i use the -R[n] option & this continues till
the end.
I am curently running 2.2.13 & the patch file that i have downloaded is
patch-2.2.14 What do ya'll suggest
