I had the same problem. If you are using Kppp to connect to
the net you will have to specify the primary and secondary domain name server .
you can get the information from vsnl. After that enter the DNS settings eg
(202.9.123.43). then try to connect with the changes.Then open netscape and
surf. im sure your problem will be solved.
