Netscape (and only netscape) thinks it has to do a remote nslookup for
127.0.0.1
I have my own name server running that is set to forward first for remote
addresses. With netscape however, it tries to forward even for loopback.
Netscape will wait until a timeout and then look at the localhost.
This is the error from /var/log/messages
Jul 7 23:43:50 tae named[1498]: sysquery: sendto([202.54.1.1].53):
Network is unreachable
