Yes it was written entirely in Lisp. Earlier the
package included a Lisp compiler (dont know if
they still do). You could customise and automate
several functions. Was very useful for
interfacing CAD output to CNC presses, drilling
machines, and assembly line robots. In the old
days there were very few standards and automating
the production line was a nightmare. Making
changes, even minor ones, was even worse.
The initial end result would usually look like
Parag's corp. communication post with the design
and production guys screaming at each other.
