You need Motif.
Go to www.lesstif.org and download the binary lesstif-<something>.rpm
lesstif-client-<something>.rpm packages. If you are trying to compile
something, the also download the lesstif-devel-<something>.rpm package.
You could also try OpenMotif, but its some big stuff and I got confused
trying to get into my system ...
