Hi all,
Please don't use the mailing list to settle
scores, monetary or otherwise. We may consider a
more physical medium for that.
Regarding bounced cheque follow procedure below:
1) make copies of bounced cheque
2) File criminal plaint within fifteen days of
cheque bouncing at local police station and
depoist copy.
3) Hire lawyer and pay Rs.5000 fees.
4) Serve legal notice.
5) Enjoy courtroom drama.
Else bear the loss :-((.
