BeOS when installed as an app under windows will not modify your MBR nor
will it interfere with LILO. You can also choose to install it on its
own partition to boot directly with a boot manager. In that case, you
could configure lilo to allow boot into BeOS as well. You should make a
linux boot disk before you install BeOS on its own partition.
