Type linux single at lilo prompt
If bash prompt appears on the screen insert Linux cd into cdrom
go to RPMS directory and give following commands
rpm -ivh X11R6-contrib*
rpm -ivh Xaw3d-1.3*
rpm -ivh Xconfig*
rpm -ivh XFree86-3*
rpm -ivh XFree86-75*
rpm -ivh XFree86-libs*

after this if you have non-3d card then type
rpm -ivh XFree86-SVGA*
For any other card you will have to change the server name
which is SVGA in the above case.
Please let me know whether it works or not.
