I have ZYXEL TA128 ISDN modem too. The modem commands are pretty much the same except
for the initialization commands.

I too have faced this problem a lot of times, what I have observed is that whenever
theres a javascript error on the webpage, netscape just crashes. There maybe some
other reasons too.
