Hey Duke,

you can always connect your linux machine in user level access network or
share level access network..
you can mount your remote win98 network drives in Linux..
just go thru mount (man mount ) i think that the best and also chek out
samba docs for mounting remote network drives..

you need not necessarily need to have a win nt machine...

Can a LAN connection be made for Linux and Win98 using SAMBA.

Or is it that WinNT is required??

for eg.
1 .I have 1 linux server and other systems as Win98 is it possible for
connection using SAMBA  -or-

2.should it be 1 linux server and other systems as all windows NT
workstation
(or servers): sorry dont know much of windows nt?? :)
