Oh Rohit, YOU saying that?
I just added a single line, and recompiled the kernel.
The sound support is fantastic! I mean, the quality that is.
(BTW, if you mean "what to add to your kernel config file to get sound up might
get on your nerves", you may be right. I was lucky for the help at hand ;-)
The same MP3s sound much better under FreeBSD. The jitters/"static" noises under
linux are gone.
