I have tried VSNL, MTNL, ETH, Powersurfer, Pacific (Pathetic!) and Caltiger.
(All at home :-)
VSNL wins hands down. Moreover, u also get newsgroups (which i think only
vsnl and pacific provide).
All of the above except Caltiger can be accessed from linux. For further
details refer July PCQ.
