Mail from ILUG-BOM list (Non-Digest Mode)

hi friends,
can any one help me to configure sendmail as the mail server for the intranet and also
to connect to the Internet.
i must also be able to send mail over the Internet using sendmail
i am using suse version 6.4
using yast i have edited the following
SENDMAIL_ARGS = -bd -om
SENDMAIL_DIALUP = yes
SENDMAIL_EXPENSIVE = yes
SENDMAIL_GENERICS_DOMAIN =
SENDMAIL_LOCALHOST = suselinux.igtechnologies.com
SENDMAIL_NOCANONIFY = yes
SENDMAIL_NODNS = no
what should i put over here, is it the IP or the domain of my ISP,( i am using mtnl)
if i put in my IP, it will change with each new dialup connection that i make
SENDMAIL_RELAY = ????
SENDMAIL_SMARTHOST = ????
SENDMAIL_TYPE = yes
