I tried it too! Its wonderful!! I have never seen my netscape windows load
so fast. The only problem is the GNOME-Panel. Since xfwm is not
GNOME-compliant, the panel won't behave the way you expect it to. You are
better off figuring out how to use the panel created by xfce. Now that's
one wierd little thingie - very strange looking ... reminds me of an
ill-designed dash-board from some futuristic vehicle.
But the performance is wonderful, and I am sure the interface will get
better some day. Anybody low on resources *should* switch over to xfce!
