Charles Sobhraj used exactly the same set of
social "skills". Heck I was totally mislead into
beleving that he was a criminal. It was just a
coincidence that a couplea dumb tourists got in
the way of art and had to be sidelined.
We should have awarded him a liftime achievement
in Social skills award. India's loss is artistic
France's gain. No doubt the French are known as
an artistic nation.
