First run wvdialconf so that it gets the necessary settings for your modem.
Then "man wvdial" is your friend. The file /etc/wvdial.conf or something
is pretty easy to edit by hand. If you are using RHL and are interested in
the GUI, use the default dialer, rp3. It is good front end for wvdial and
will do most of the things automatically.
