After all how many job oppenings are there for Linux pro's. Very few, or should i say hardly. Well i dont see much happening.......... 1) Companies use MS Win2000 as servers instead of Linux (atleast most of the companies) 2) Perl is really become nonexistent, after Server-side scripting langs. have come. As far as its admin. capabilities are concerned, who uses Perl for Win OS's. 3) PHP, well i dont know what to say, all i can see about is more of JSP's and ASP's. 4) Python, well lets just consider its a species of snake and not an OOP lang. 5) As for others like Tcl/Tk, Shell Prog, GTK etc. they all sound like tools/progs. used in 60s for World Wars. So where the HELL is LINUX bcoming popular? What does the industry consider LINUX pro's should remain jobless or what? cheers, duke. ps.
