Mail from ILUG-BOM list (Non-Digest Mode)

I'm having trouble building OpenSSL. Everything runs smoothly until the
time for installing the libraries. At that time, ranlib cries that the
file format for libssl.so is not recognised. ditto for libcrypto.so Any
ideas?
