Mail from ILUG-BOM list (Non-Digest Mode)

Hi,
there is a util in sendmail which created hash tables from plain text
files containing key - value pairs per line and generates db file.
can anybody tell me how to do the opposite? that is if I have the db file
can out put it to a text file with key - value stored in each line?
